I did not get the email code
Wait a minute and check your spam or promotions folder. On the code page, press "Send a new code". Make sure the email address is spelled correctly.
I forgot my password
On the log in page, press "Forgot password?" and follow the code we email you.
Why does it ask for a code on my new phone?
For your safety, every new browser or device is confirmed once with an email code. After that, it does not ask again on that device.
I have an old access code (ABC-123456)
On the log in page, open "Older account with an access code?", log in once with the code, then add your email and a password on the Account page.
The answer says Code GPT is busy
Many people are using it at the same moment. Wait a minute and press "Try again".
How do I delete my data?
Delete a chat from its three-dot menu, a memory note on the Memory page, or everything on Customize, Account, Delete my account.
How do I install it on my phone?
Open chat.codegpt.it.com in Chrome (Android) or Safari (iPhone), open the browser menu and choose Add to Home screen.
